Hi, I'm Mandy Phillips.
I'm a Redding mortgage lender, Branch Manager at Omega Mortgage Group, and a lifelong Shasta County local. My job is to make your home loan clear and simple.
My story
I've lived in Shasta County my whole life. When I'm not working, you'll find me spending time with my family & friends, boating, hiking, or enjoying California's incredible wine country.
After graduating from Simpson University, I spent eight years with MAC Cosmetics. That's where I learned how much I love working with people and helping them reach their goals.
In 2012, I joined my husband in real estate and helped grow Shasta Sotheby's International Realty. Seeing the entire move up close is what led me to become a licensed mortgage loan originator. I understand the whole process, not just the loan.
Today I'm a Branch Manager with Omega Mortgage Group, helping buyers and homeowners in Redding and across California, Texas, South Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee.
